Information you provide as a travel advisor
When you, as a travel advisor, send a partner application, we collect your name, business name, email address, and phone number. Contact requests also include your message; the business name is optional on that form. Share client details only when you have permission. Do not send payment-card information, identity documents, or tax identification numbers through these forms.
How information is used
The partner team uses your information to respond to your request, help with affiliate setup, support referrals, and answer booking or commission questions. An application does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored using Cloudflare D1. Hosting and infrastructure services process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. When transactional email is configured, the email provider processes request details to send internal notifications and applicant receipts. An email failure does not remove an accepted request.
Relevant information may be handled by the partner team and service providers supporting your application, referral, or payout, or disclosed where required by law. Private requests are not published on the website.
Referral links and external services
Assigned referral links and codes associate bookings with partner records through the existing program. Booking and payment services have their own privacy practices. The public guide preview is not an active tracked booking link. Calling and texting links open your device’s application; you decide whether to place the call or send the message.
Cookies and technical information
We use a short-lived request receipt cookie so the confirmation page can show whether a request was accepted. Browser session storage helps prevent duplicate submissions and repeated interaction events. Hosting may use essential security or access cookies. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit form abuse.
Campaign tags accompanying a submission may be stored with it to identify its source. Application content, email addresses, and phone numbers are not included in analytics events. This site does not install advertising trackers.
Retention and your requests
Information is retained as needed to respond, support partner relationships, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact partner support to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
